The Iron Mountain Data Center Management Team is seeking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team for 8 months, as a maternity cover position. For this period, you will become part of our dynamic fast-growing international organization. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project support to the VP & GM Data Centers of EMEA & APAC.
This position is focused on heavy calendar management, meeting logistics, international travel, communications with the Management Team and key stakeholders, and overall commitment to making the executive as effective as possible. Confidentiality is critical and a positive attitude is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings. Ensure the executive has all necessary documents and pre-reads before each meeting.
Administrative Support: Arrange and manage international travel, submit expense reports, draft presentations, and facilitate document signing by the executive.
Project Coordination: Track deadlines within the Management Team and ensure all requests, updates, and changes are well communicated.
Event Planning: Organize Management Team offsites, including logistics and team-building activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other Executive Assistants to provide necessary support and information upon request.

Who are you:
As an EA you have:
A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and at least 5 years of experience supporting executives
High proficiency in Google Suite
Extensive experience in preparing administrative presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong ability to stay focused, efficient, and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional interpersonal skills and sound judgment
A proven ability to work independently and accomplish tasks effectively
The ability to communicate confidently with employees at all levels and external contacts
Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment
