The project is the Workflow as a Service platform, based on Camunda8 technology.
The responsibility to build & run the platform, from IT perspective, is spread among:
* CORP Automation and managing
IT Project Manager
* Solution Architect
* Center of Expertise - to provide enablement, technical frameworks, training, and guidance so that the entities can, by themselves, design, deliver, execute, monitor, and perform process automation analytics.
Business Analysts
* 3rd party Camunda Integrator – provide low-level, specific, integration of Camunda 8 into the project information system
The senior developer responsibilities are split between the phases of RHAPSODY platform:
* Build / Change phase
Starter kits - for new applications. Maintain repository of integration samples in the existing entities and applicative landscape.
* Create / maintain technical reusable frameworks for Camunda job workers
* Create reusable connectors / job workers for the common systems (RPA, Kafka, DiligenseSE serving etc.)
* Contribute to technical documentation & detailed how-to integration guides
* On-demand technical trainings related to Camunda 8 shared platform
* On-demand participation to PoC's construction for entities / central functions
* Business as usual
Constantly follow-up automation platform technical performance and monitor the execution of the shared assets (technical libraries, connectors, job workers).
* Level 3 support for entities regarding reusable assets maintained by CoE
* Publish release notes (upgrade instructions) for shared assets / libraries maintained by CoE
* Proactively implement upgrades & patches on the shared assets / libraries
* Implement new functionalities in the shared libraries and new reusable connectors
