Launch Learning Coordinator, EU Launch Learning Team
The Launch Learning Coordinator is responsible for setting standards and processes for launching sites, tracking metrics and reporting, as well as tool development.
This role is FC based; however, coordinators will travel approximately 20% to support local FCs during launches.
The Launch Learning Coordinator will support one or more of the team's programs (Manager and TL, PMO, Indirect Roles, L&D Readiness).
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, create, and publish tools and reports to support the launch learning team.
2. Collect and consolidate data for reporting purposes from different stakeholders.
3. Update metrics and reporting tools.
4. Support admin project tasks.
5. Support launch improvement project execution.
6. Develop and track the effectiveness of training programs, including orientation, and monitor adherence to established training programs to ensure standard work.
7. Build presentations and individual training plans.
8. Help in Day 1 flow organization.
9. Collect and consolidate data for reporting purposes from team lead coaches and core away team leaders (where no automated report is in place).
10. Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, etc.).
11. Ability to solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
12. Balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
13. Collect lessons learned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Quicksight.
• Minimum B2 ability in written and verbal English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in macros and VBA, PBI.
• Good knowledge of FC processes is a plus.
• Ability to build scalable performance dashboards including numerous KPIs.
• Ability to learn new tools, languages, and processes easily.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiar with a hypothesis-driven approach for problem solving and scoping exercises.
• Knowledge of any other programming language.
• Experience working on EU-level projects.
• Knowledge of the different systems the learning teams use: Umbrella platform, Cross-training tool, L&D metrics dashboard.
• Job schedule flexibility (i.e., willing to cover rotational and/or seasonal late shift/weekend).
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
• Previous experience in launch participation.
• Experience working in an international large-scale distribution, manufacturing, or production environment, preferably having had responsibility for training activities - delivering training/information to peers and other employees.
