Mission:
The Group Supply Chain Director (Production Control, Logistics and Transport) designs, validates and deploys the Logistic Engineering solutions and standards for the Group.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and deploy standards across processes, procedures, routines, systems and KPIs to ensure optimum performance and proactive management of the company´s Supply Chain in line with the Company´s Supply Chain Vision.
2. Liaise with Sales, Finance, Project/Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Area, IT and other relevant stakeholders concerning the different points of management of the Supply Chain.
3. Define relevant KPIs to measure and secure the company´s Supply Chain performance so they are monitored actively by the different levels of the organization.
4. Define and deploy the Operative Planning Concept.
5. Ensure the Supply Chain strategy is carried out and deployed efficiently across all production sites.
6. Definition, Implementation and Rollout of the SIOP Process in the company.
7. Definition, Implementation and Rollout of the AIS.
8. Deployment of the Operative Planning Concept in Antolin.
9. Define the mechanisms to monitor the deployment of the processes and tools in each site.
10. Ensure Yearly Sales Budget activities are closely monitored, and the plants are challenged in terms of the quality of the uploaded forecast.
11. Definition of the DOH Policy and Inventory Targets.
12. Definition, Implementation and Rollout of the MPS process.
13. Definition, Implementation and Rollout of the Supplier Logistics Guidelines.
14. Generate performance assessment and criteria for the Logistics Planning teams in the company.
15. Definition of Processes, Mechanisms and new tools in SAP regarding transactions, Master Data and new process integration.
16. Investment proposals on new software related to planning processes.
17. Definition and ownership of the Quality Processes associated to Planning activities.
18. Leadership and Management of the Logistics Management team.
What we are looking for:
1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. MBA or postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management are highly desirable.
3. Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, including production control, logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
4. At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive roles, ideally at a regional or global level.
5. Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-site environments.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions and teams.
7. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
