We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to lead our recruitment team at Hero España. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and managing a team of recruiters.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple processes simultaneously. They will also have strong results orientation and commitment to service quality.
Main Accountabilities:
* Oversight of the recruitment process from job profiling to onboarding new employees.
* Development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
* Management of a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Analysis of recruitment metrics and provision of insights to optimize the recruitment process.
