This role owns the business processes and resources associated with Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) Inside sales districts. The position is accountable for achieving agreed sales and financial targets, ensuring effective sales and service coverage. This will be achieved by mentoring and developing the Inside Sales Managers to lead their teams in line with Thermo Fisher Scientific standards and expectations, with GSD or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the overall execution of sales goals including establishing and maintaining business plans within each territory.
* Deliver the regular short and long term sales metrics and forecasting processes for assigned teams.
* Drive digital campaigns and prioritize key customer interactions to improve sales team efficiency.
* Identify sub-segment trends and work with marketing and strategic pricing to develop and launch campaigns that optimize opportunities and improve team focus.
* Collaborate with partners RSD / BID to gain value and support specific to the Inside & Digital Sales team.
