Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in solving problems: Provide training on system operation, answer questions, help customers complete orders and other operations, and escalate issues encountered during the use of logistics services.
2. Proactive order tracking: Check service operation data daily, verify suspicious online logistics tracks, escalate last mile delivery operation problems, and help solve them.
3. Customised services for ToB customers: Follow up, record, and respond to issues from customers, escalating those that cannot be addressed immediately and ensuring resolution to customer satisfaction.
4. Collect and analyze customers' help-seeking problems to improve daily operation service with internal cross-team collaboration.
5. Complete other necessary paperwork based on business needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in Spanish; English and Chinese as working languages preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Detail-oriented and patient personality.
