Head of Procurement

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Procurement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities on an international scale, with a focus on information and communication technology (ICT).
This role is crucial in ensuring that Allfunds' procurement processes are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will develop and implement global procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to support the company's operations and growth.
Team Structure: Reports to the CFO, working closely with local and International key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement global procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Lead and manage all external procurement activities related to ICT for Allfunds on an international scale.
* Oversee the procurement of hardware and software licenses, including maintenance services.
* Lead transformation projects, including supplier consolidation and vertical integration.
* Draft and manage contracts across all company areas.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and audit processes.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations.
* Conduct regular spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Expert in Procurement Management.
* Extensive training in quality management, project management, and leadership skills.
* Proven experience as a Director of Procurement for Systems in the finance industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of procurement in various domains.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multinational and multilingual teams.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing procurement data.
* Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
* Budget Management: Expertise in managing budgets.
* Vendor Management: Skill in managing supplier relationships.
