YOUR TASKS:
* Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned commodities.
* Develop and execute comprehensive commodity sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
* Assess supplier capabilities, innovation potential, performance, and financial stability to build sustainable, long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions meet both technical and quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, enhance supplier performance, and streamline procurement processes.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value while upholding quality standards. Lead cost reduction initiatives to meet annual financial targets.
* Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
* Manage strategic Indirect buyers and develop their skills.
* Keep a high internal customer satisfaction.
* Manage a multinational and multi-department environment.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Proven negotiation skills, contract management experience, and expertise in managing supplier relationships.
* Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and driving process improvements through strategic sourcing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Willingness to travel to meet suppliers, customers and/or events.
* English Level C1 required.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles: Sales, Sourcing, Key Account, Project management...
