What You’ll Do
* Drive new business, securing six- and seven-figure deals.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data.
* Deliver advanced solution presentations and lead product positioning.
* Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, and training.
* Craft compelling proposals, quotes, and value propositions.
What You Bring
* 10+ years of business development experience in engineering/tech sales.
* Proven success in closing high-value deals and exceeding targets.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate across global teams.
* M.Sc. in science, engineering, or related fields.
* Fluent Italian, excellent English (other languages a plus).
* Willingness to travel up to 50% .
