Your opportunity
* Leads fire protection inspections and initiates counter actions in the case of risks
* Handles and controls approvals from authorities concerning building regulations and constructional issues
* Prepares approval documents, expert reports, etc.
* Develops escape plans and evacuation routes
* Plans and implements fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems and safety systems in alignment with global standards
* Prepares specification documents of fire protection systems
* Responsible for the site management of fire protection trades including final acceptance and invoice verification
* Ensures the compliance with the terms of delivery, quality targets, timings and budgets
* Monitors and optimizes budgets, deadlines and quality management within fire protection projects
Your personality
* Degree in engineering and / or technical training
* Business fluent English
* Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility as well as high self-motivation
* Availability to travel
