Overview
As an Account Executive you will be part of the Account Management team providing day to day service on a single or number of non-competing clients. Your role will be as the everyday contact with the client team in managing activities and projects from an execution standpoint. Your responsibility will be to coordinate client requests internally at the agency and coordinate with other internal teams and departments including Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media or any additional specialist teams or external suppliers.
Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is an important part of this role as well as the capability to fit in quickly and work well in collaborative environments. You will report to an Account Manager or Account Director who would be the lead on the account or business.
Responsibilities
1. Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team and agency internal departments.
2. Coordinating internal departments and sometimes outside suppliers.
3. Managing, coordinating and being responsible for the advance of multiple client projects simultaneously.
4. Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and coordinating production and delivery of On / Offline projects.
5. Preparing briefs, status reports, competitive reviews, client progress meetings and presentations.
6. Providing updated and precise information to more senior Account Management contacts (Account Manager / Account Director).
7. Handling budgetary control of your brand and coordination of billing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics.
2. 2 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation.
3. Strong knowledge of digital communication environment.
4. Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Open to new ideas and change.
IMPORTANT : High English and German level are required, as you will liaise with an international client with activity in the DACH region.
