Established international iGaming company on the lookout for Customer Service Executive (Dutch Speaking)Form part of an international iGaming companyChance to kickstart your career with growth opportunitiesLocation: SpainWorkplace: RemoteThis is a remote opportunity on a B2B(autonomo registered in Spain) contract.Your Role:Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and effective support.Take ownership of more complex issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns.Process KYC verification and enhanced due diligence when necessary.Review and approve withdrawal requests in line with security protocols.Conduct daily security checks to monitor new accounts and transactions.Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services and self-help resources.Support CX initiatives by contributing insights on customer trends and system improvements.Handle additional tasks as required by the Customer Experience Management team.What You Bring:Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.Interest in sports and casino is a plus.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts.Previous customer service experience is an advantage.Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What’s in It for You?
