In Córdoba, Argentina; we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our IT team.
This is you
* Proficiency in configuring and administering switches and firewalls (Fortinet /Cisco ).
* Expertise in operating systems, including Linux and Windows, for troubleshooting and configuration.
* Strong understanding of LAN/WAN network architectures and their administration.
* Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and Office 365 administration .
* Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
* Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer with a focus on Network Administration .
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams, explaining problems and solutions clearly.
* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain rigorous tracking of incidents and requirements.
* A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliers.
Nice-to-have skills:
* Experience with Fortinet and Cisco devices for configuration and administration of switches and firewalls.
* Knowledge of information security practices, both at the user level and within data networks.
* Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
* Advanced skills in computer virtualization and managing virtualized environments.
This is your role
* Provide technical support to end users, ensuring effective incident resolution and tracking.
* Maintain the availability and correct operation of equipment under your management.
* Coordinate and track incidents reported to external suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
* Monitor the status and performance of company equipment and maintain operational continuity.
* Manage and track tickets through Jira, ensuring clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
* Maintain control over the company’s asset inventory.
* Provide support for on-premise and cloud-based servers .
* Administer and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN networks and data infrastructure.
* Manage Office 365 tools and services for user and resource administration.
