Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks:
* Assist management in its daily accounting and financial responsibilities
* Maintain general accounting and be the contact person for the shared service center on the accounting/finance side
* Carry out a monthly review of accounts (balance sheet / charges) and carry out consistency analyzes
* Prepare current tax declarations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
* To be familiar with the AEAT mail box
* Support monthly closing tasks-Prepare weekly documentation to be treated in the bank
* Support Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheet and accounting annexes
* Actively participate in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool
* Understand and study the financial and accounting processes of the new tool
* Test processes, report and participate in problem resolution
* Participation in data migration management in collaboration with other financial services
* Monitor customer collections in collaboration with the shared service and management
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Ensure the proper application of existing rules and procedures
Qualifications:
* Experience: minimum from 5 to 10 years in general accounting
* Qualification: Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
* Broad knowledge of IFRS, PGC accounting standards
* Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
* Proficiency in Business English
* Proactive, autonomous and team player
* Detail-minded accounting
* Excellent analytical skills
* Desirable: experience in a consulting/audit firm
