What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and architect scalable, high-performance UC Core Network solutions in line with Vodafone security policies.
* Develop network diagrams, low-level design documentation and technical specifications.
* Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
* Ensure integration of Voice protocols into the communications infrastructure (e.g., SIP, SIPREC, RTP, SRTP, DNS).
* Plan SW/HW lifecycle management.
* Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner during new product testing and in-life SW and HW changes.
* Provide advanced technical support for network related incidents and escalations.
* Provide technical guidance for Privacy and Security Management in UC Core Network.
* Implement enhancements to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
* Work with Agile and SAFe methodology to deliver incremental value to UC Product Portfolio.
* Communicate technical information clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
* Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to address network-related issues.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to achieve common goals.
