The Global Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the knowledge management strategy within the HR organization. This role will ensure that HR knowledge is effectively captured, shared, and utilized across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* Design and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR knowledge management framework across all regions.
* Governance: Establish and enforce knowledge governance policies to maintain the quality and integrity of HR knowledge assets.
* Repository: Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for HR policies, procedures, and best practices
* Collaboration: Work with HR teams globally to ensure consistent and accurate knowledge sharing.
* Audit: Conduct regular audits of HR knowledge assets to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
* Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
* Training: Provide training and support to HR staff on knowledge management tools and practices.
* Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through effective knowledge management.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all knowledge management activities.
Your qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Master's Degree preferred.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR or Knowledge Management role, with a global or multinational company
* Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
* Experienced with ServiceNow knowledge management solution
* Proficiency in knowledge management tools and technologies
* In-depth knowledge of HR software systems and tools
* Experience in project management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
* Fluent in English
