Description
We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join our office in Santomera, Murcia.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate the KAMs (Key Account Managers) team to achieve sales and profitability targets through the ASMs (Area Sales Managers).
* Conduct meetings with the different KAMs and ASMs in the area to maximise sales and profitability.
* Be the transmitter of the UK Sales Director's guidelines to the rest of the team.
* Increase sales and business opportunities.
* Analyse sales by criteria (customer, years, products, areas, order types, etc) and propose actions/solutions.
* Prepare reports proposing improvements to the sales team in the different markets and countries.
* Calculate and monitor margins and results for each product, family, distribution channel, business unit.
* Ensure synchronisation with the Marketing and Sales department to evaluate and propose commercial actions.
* Develop proposals to improve Controlling processes and tools.
Requirements:
* British nationality
* University degree in Business Administration or similar.
* Minimum experience of 3 years in sales and performing similar functions.
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Knowledge of advanced Excel.
