Position Overview:
As a GTM Engineer/Business Analyst/Software Engineer Intern (whichever title you prefer) you will manage clients from the very beginning – so a good command of English is needed–, ensuring the delivery of successful marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the tech and marketing sectors, while staying on top of the most recent AI-based data analytics, data sourcing and data automation tools in the Marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our client’s marketing, operations, and sales teams to build Clay tables and automations that power Inbound and Outbound marketing/sales campaigns.
* Collaborate on designing and implementing creative campaigns leveraging unique data sources and smart Ai prompts for data analysis.
* Hands-on work mastering all the details (you’ll become an expert in Clay.com software) of data consolidation towards highly targeted marketing campaigns.
* Interact with clients via email, Slack or calls to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and offer technical support per project.
* Assist in the project management, ensuring timely and effective delivery, a highly responsive interaction with our clients.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or Business/Marketing fields.
* Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
* (Not mandatory) Familiarity with APIs, REST, data integration, data workflows and data analytics tools.
* Ability to work independently –a cliche, but quite important as we’re small, fast paced and dynamic– and flexible to evolving client needs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and (really important) attention to detail. Data quality is the basis of any informed decision, and therefore a successful campaign. We take the most of automation and high data volume tools but at the same time we need to ensure we provide our clients with good quality and clean data.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)
* Experience with Clay.com or similar data platforms.
* Familiarity with APIs, REST and databases.
* Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
* Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
* Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or software engineering.
