What are we looking for
At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com), we are looking for a City Center Manager to join our City Center located in Gothenburg. The City Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to the AD community.

The City Center is a hub for our global community and a tool for showcasing the versatility of our materials and our brands.
What you will do
The Cosentino City Center Manager manages a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts, builds a strong network of local partners, oversees the daily operations of the City Center team, generates high-quality leads in collaboration with Cosentino’s sales force, and ensures profitable growth in market share.
As City Center Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Sales:
o Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
o Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc.
o Identify leads potential and track until the close of the trade to ensure the sale.
o Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
o Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training, and product differentiation.
o Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales through them according to the sales goals assigned to the position.
* Business Development:
o Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.).
o Coordinate and align the team in the City Center to ensure they are performing their duties.
o Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
o Maximize the synergy between commercial and promotional opportunities.
o Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc.
o Act as a brand representative in the activities of associations, universities, etc.
o Market and co-advertise based on region for all brands with corporate coordination, focusing promotional efforts on point of purchase displays (Vignettes and samples).
o Improve efficiency and service levels.
* Community-Building and Networking Events Responsibilities:
o Identify activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to City.
o Plan events and activities with the City Center team.
o Control budgets and P&L.
o Analyze the ROI of each activity.
o Ensure the execution of events in accordance with the company's policies.
What you need to succeed
Required:
5+ years of experience in sales in the construction or technical sector
5+ years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers
3+ years of management of small teams
Knowledge Required:
Proven skills in generating sales reports, expenses, visits, etc.
Knowledge in the sales cycle in the sector
Successful management of team, marketing, customer service, business operations
Knowledge of the construction sector
Familiarity with Salesforce and other order management systems
Desired:
Proven knowledge of the sector
Academical Background Desired:
University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration
MBA
