We are hiring! We are looking for a Head of Service Professional in Spain, reporting to the Regional Director Service Professional, to lead and expand the Miele Professional products and services in Spain.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Professional Technicians and will collaborate closely with the sales and back office team to deliver outstanding services in the B2B segment.
The Role
1. Lead and manage the respective Professional Service business in the country and implement a clear Service strategy.
Competencies/Skills for Position
1. Define the required services for the Customer segments and markets in the country to secure profitable Professional Service business performance.
2. Implement international objectives for Service locally across the country.
3. Collaborate on an equal level with the Head of Sales Professional HCS/ LMD in the Country.
Responsibilities
1. Sustainable and profitable Service growth of Net Sales, gross margin, market share, and volume growth in line / above targets (budgets).
2. Definition and execution of Country Service strategy (Service Contracts, pricing, direct vs. indirect, etc.), aligned decisions with Regional.
3. Elaboration and implementation of Service strategies and plans for the Customer segments and markets in the area of responsibility / accountability.
4. Delivery of service excellence KPIs.
5. Represent the Country for Professional Service in regional Service meetings.
6. Accountable for implementation of regional/international Professional Service guidelines in the Country.
7. Full P&L and budget responsibility (input, follow up, and correction to deliver targets).
8. Participate actively in leadership team meetings of the country and in the region.
Competencies/Skills
1. Graduate/Post Graduate.
2. 5+ years business experience.
3. 2+ years experience in heading a Service business.
4. Experience in Service management as well as Service operations.
5. Experience in working across borders in an International frame (optional).
6. Good understanding of Service business in B2B.
7. Strong track record of successfully growing Service business.
8. Customer centric mindset.
9. Exceptional leadership capabilities.
10. Strong relationship and networking skills, open and willing to engage with other roles and departments when appropriate.
11. Highly performance/result oriented and proactive.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Spanish.
