British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern in Madrid
These roles are part of the Marketing team and this experience will prepare you to work within a dynamic team and to develop practical skills in an excellent working and multinational environment.
The role in Marketing is responsible for performing market and portfolio analysis, identify untapped consumer opportunities amongst other tasks.
Reports to: Marketing manager
Geographic Scope: Iberia
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Responsible together with the Line Manager for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to BAT brand´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution.
2. Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different campaigns and touchpoints: Retail activation in the POS.
3. Management of the Permanent and non-permanent materials (alignment with brand/trade, implementation, follow up, tracking)
4. Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution.
5. Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.
6. Formulating business presentations that display project status, results and modifications.
7. Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.
What are we looking for?
8. University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
9. Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, MBA or similar would be a plus.
10. Previous internship in marketing departments is also valuable.
11. Fluent English and Spanish mother tongue.
12. High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
13. Strong analytical skills.
14. High effective in planning and organization.
15. Acknowledged and proven proactivity and ownership.
16. Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills.
17. Project Management Skills.
18. Ability to multitask and influence others.
19. Team player and Strong interpersonal skills.
