As a Customer Success Manager for Customized Prosthetics in Germany and Belgium, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the unique needs of customers and markets requiring personalized prosthetic solutions and workflows. This position involves a combination of technical expertise, customer interaction, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the successful development, customization, and delivery of prosthetic devices tailored to each individual's requirements.
Additionally, together with the sales organization you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territories.
This position will play a key role in delivering the next generation of Straumann digital services, supporting the long-term strategic aspirations of the fast-growing Connected Customer Solution (CCS) business unit.
The Customer Success Manager for customized prosthetics reports directly to the Sales Manager and is a highly collaborative role that works closely with the service centers in different countries, R&D teams, other Straumann business units, and the CCS Product Management team.
The role demands expertise in customized prosthetic solutions and requires interpersonal skills and a customer centric mindset.
On This Role, Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Drive sales by working closely with the sales team, providing them with overviews on sales data and product information, and ensuring diligent follow-up on key accounts, markets, and new prospects.
* Provide technical support to clients (internal and external), addressing queries and concerns related to customized prosthetics, workflows, and services.
* Build close in-depth relationships with key customers to understand current and future needs.
* Collaborate with the product development and design teams to translate client specifications into technically feasible solutions.
* Provide market intelligence on new customer requirements as well as gathering information on competitors and their solutions.
* Educate clients (internal and external) on the features and functionalities of the Straumann Group customized prosthetics solutions.
You are:
* Highly customer obsessed and have a good understanding of the dental market (prosthetics) customer requirements.
* Objectives driven and are comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and cross-functional teams.
* A dental technician or have at least 3 years experience in customized prosthetic solutions.
* Customer centric and enjoy continuous interaction with customers.
* Familiar with customer analytics, data, and digital solutions, and have a track record of using data in developing and delivering customer insights to support rational decision-making and business growth.
* In-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
* A strategic mindset, with strong capability to clearly communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization.
* Willing to travel at least 30% of your time.
* Other duties may be assigned, so flexibility in this sense is required.

* Good knowledge of CAD/CAM technologies and digital workflows.
* Fluent in spoken and written English and German. Other languages are an asset.

* Additional education in business or team management is an asset.
