Teleperformance Spain is looking for a Logistics & Customer Feedback Analyst,
Tasks:
* Analyze and keep track of buyer feedback
* Summarize and provide highlights of feedback
* Test and check reverse orders to improve process of return or refund
* Competition Benchmask as buyer experience
* Change of status for orders coming from other Logistics department.
Requirements
* English B2 (spoken and written)
* Presence in Madrid
* Knowledge of excel (level of pivot tables, analysis, formulas type: search V)
* Proactivity, willingness to learn, assimilate new concepts (many continuous and last minute changes or small tasks).
* Previous knowledge of logistics or customer voice in marketplace or ecommerce is appreciated.
