We work with collision repair shops, custom coaters and commercial/ industrial refinishers of all sizes, ranging from local, independent garages to regional and global multi-location businesses.
Regional Sales Manager will report to Automotive Refinish Director - Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute segment strategy as defined by the Market Country Director and EHQ functions.
* Oversee sales segment responsibilities at the country/sub-country level.
* Govern country sales pipeline management and secure new wins.
* Develop high-level industry relationships to support new wins alongside Business Development Managers.
* Achieve segment goals and balance sales through both direct and indirect channels where relevant.
* Manage field-based commercial and technical resources as a cohesive team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
* Significant experience in a matrix organization with a strong understanding of distribution.
* Experience in the automotive product and services aftersales market; experience in automotive coating and painting aftersales market is a plus.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports (New Business Managers and Technical Account Managers), make informed decisions, and manage resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
* Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and address specific customer needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly, negotiate, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
