VENTAS Y MARKETING - VENTAS
As part of our sales division and reporting to the Iberia Sales Manager for Solanum crops, the Sales Representative is responsible for managing the commercial operations of the Almería delegation, as well as other regions as required by business needs where Solanum crops (such as tomatoes, rootstocks, and peppers) are grown. This role ensures the precise execution of the company's commercial strategy in the assigned areas, driving sales activities and growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the whole commercial activity of the perimeter achieving annual quantitative and qualitative goals.
2. Provide commercial service and assistance to the actual and future customers.
3. Increase accessible and potential market by new varieties introduction and new customers.
4. Provide and update market information and trends.
5. Achieve the sales budget focusing on target and high & medium strategic level customers.
6. Propose and develop tactical commercial and promotional actions.
7. Update CRM with market information, customer summary reports, customer contact data, and other reliable information of customers & market.
8. Manage customer claims and be the main interlocutor in case of any incident in front of customer.
9. Update INTER S&OP sales forecast and fulfill FORECAST ACCURACY targets.
10. Follow up of payment terms by customers proposing and implementing actions in case of deviation.
11. Management of customer orders, delivering accurate written information of each order through official forms and channels to Customer Service.
12. Implement and respect commercial pricing policy.
13. Keep UpToDate on market information and transmission of market trends to the main internal stakeholders.
14. Monthly activity report.
15. Update market information and trends and update direct & indirect customer information.
16. Promotion of pre-commercial varieties in cooperation with DV department.
Skills:
1. Good Level in MS Office.
2. Experience in developing presentations and messaging and public speaking facilities.
3. Good organizational and planning skills.
