We are looking for an Area Manager for our management team in Madrid.
The goal is to develop the business plan established in LUMON in a specific area of Madrid.
Your responsibilities include:
* Be responsible for leading and supervising the teams within your business unit, always being close is part of our DNA.
* Ensure your teams are empowered and motivated to reach the goals. In this way, you will develop your team to continue building the future together.
* Collaborate with LUMON providing strategic direction, implementing business strategies at the local to reach our customers and be close to them.
* Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Coordination with other departments will be essential, as well as problem-solving to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Identify and promote new business opportunities for continued development in your area. Develop business and create new customer relationships.
* Analyze data and reports related to the performance of your business unit: sales reports, metrics, and business unit performance, customer satisfaction, etc. to adjust the strategy as needed.
* Ensure your business area profitability and productivity by contributing to LUMON goals.
* Identify the training and development needed for your team. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
* Learn our way of working. You will be responsible for implementing it and training your team on it.

* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
