SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide professional technical advice to our customers through attending key projects and inspections, conducting troubleshooting and complaint handling on site, feeding back product performance to the local Technical Team and writing reports in order to ensure projects are carried out according to specification and customer satisfaction and that Jotun is perceived as a preferred supplier in the market.
Requirements:
* >5 years as Coating Advisor
* Frosio II or Nace III
* Advanced in English

Responsibilities:
* Works independently on site and identifies key projects by planning, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure the coating specification is met, and the job is completed according to contract and customer satisfaction.
* Manage projects where advanced products have been specified by giving clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff in accordance with working procedures to ensure that the specification and customer expectations are met.
* Carry out inspections of specific projects assigned by the direct manager by working independently, following working procedures in order to ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification.
* Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met.
* Carry out complaint surveys by conducting inspections relevant to the complaint, in order to compile an accurate, detailed report to support the investigation phase of the complaint process.
Additional Information:
The Senior Coating Advisor Level 2 acts as a local specialist for a designated product, area or service.
