We are currently recruiting an HR Analyst as part of our growth and expansion. You will be responsible for monitoring retention and turnover trends, as well as providing detailed analysis to internal teams. You will be involved in designing compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. The ability to support strategies that enhance the HR department’s overall efficiency will be required to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Check day-to-day HR activities versus staff cost budget
2. Track staff cost changes
3. Maintain HR records within the HR System
4. Oversee and align data entries in the systems
5. Follow up on approval processes (hires, exits, budget…)
6. Support organizational updates
7. Report on key metrics such as retention, time to fill, turnover, and costs
8. Assist in the control of the HR department’s budget
9. Assess employee surveys, management feedback, and performance reviews
10. Define training programs
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in HR
3. Analytical and highly organized
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Familiarity with HRM systems
6. Excellent presentation skills
7. Critical advanced level of English (C1)
8. Extraordinary attention to detail and organization/planning skills, able to meet deadlines
9. Ability to work in a changing environment
10. Evidence of practicing a high level of confidentiality
