Oracle Principal Advanced Services Engineer, CSS Tech Delivery, FMW & PaaS in BILBAO, Spain
Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist to join our team as a Principal Advanced Services Engineer in the CSS Tech Delivery division, focusing on FMW (Fusion Middleware) and PaaS (Platform as a Service). This role is an exciting opportunity to provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, architecting, and managing services within on-premise or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
What We're Looking For:
1. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Suite implementations.
2. Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work remotely or onsite as per business needs.
4. Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions.
Technical Skills Required:
1. Extensive experience in installing, configuring, operating, and administering Oracle Middleware products in both on-premise and Oracle Cloud environments.
2. Proficiency in using Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control and related administration tools.
3. Troubleshooting and debugging skills for Oracle Fusion Middleware & PaaS.
4. In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, including Identity Lifecycle, Role-Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties, SOA workflow development, and more.
5. Practical knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management suite (OAM, OUD, OID, OVD).
6. Mandatory expertise in 3-Tier Architectures (Web, Application, and Oracle Database tier).
7. Experience in migrating on-premise Oracle Middleware workloads to OCI.
8. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform.
9. Proficiency in working with Oracle Database systems, preferably RAC.
10. Advanced Unix/Linux OS administration skills.
Additional Assets:
1. Integration experience with Active Directory and SSO solutions for Fusion Middleware products.
2. Oracle Identity Governance implementation experience.
3. Integrations with cloud services (Oracle, Azure, AWS).
4. Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), SOA Cloud Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
5. DevOps and automation tools knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible).
Responsibilities
1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, ensuring Oracle solutions align with their business needs.
2. Maintain operational excellence for Oracle Middleware deployments across on-premise and cloud environments.
3. Conduct technical workshops and training to educate customers and colleagues on technology updates.
4. Tackle complex issues, demonstrating deep technical expertise and teamwork.
5. Facilitate a smooth handover from implementation to operations, ensuring customer requirements are met.
6. Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority, guiding customers and teams in making informed decisions.
7. Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient technical workstream management.
8. Support presales activities and identify new business opportunities.
9. Lead and contribute to strategic programs, showcasing your technical leadership skills.
10. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
