WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT 2nd Level Support.
* Advanced knowledge of ITIL v4 in Incident and Problem Management processes.
* Proficiency in MS365 applications (PowerPoint, Word), PowerBI, and Flow.
* Expert understanding of 2nd level end user support and overall Information Technology architecture.
* Expert level in IT service management and IT Support Model (Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management).
* Proficiency in Service performance management and KPI.
* Proficiency in modern ITSM tools, with ServiceNow knowledge being a plus.
* In-depth support knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure technologies (user-facing), including Windows10, Windows11, IOS Operating System, O365 Suite, Exchange Email & Outlook, Citrix / Windows 365, and Mobile Management Suite (e.g., Intune).
* Powershell scripting and command line skills.
* English and Spanish Professional Proficiency
AND IF IN ADDITION...
* Experience in automation development.
* Knowledge in using Python and data mining.
* Proficiency in additional languages such as French and Portuguese.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Ensure the operational quality and performance of IT services according to defined SLAs.
* Oversee the correct provisioning of services, including capacity, stability, operational excellence, vendor management, and continuous improvement actions.
* Accountable for global IT support services for the assigned system cluster, with support provided by IT support vendors.
* Ensure resource efficiency, scalability, and implementation of simplification measures such as automation and "shift left" actions.
* Conduct regular proactive reviews of support tickets to assure service quality according to SLA.
* Utilize IT Service Management tools (ticketing) effectively.
* Apply advanced knowledge of ITIL v4, particularly in Incident and Problem Management processes.
