About the Role:
Are you passionate about excellence and eager to grow? Join our Field Sales Department in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You'll manage assigned points of sale, implement corporate initiatives, and strive for top execution standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Visit clients and points of sale in your assigned area, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and cash & carry stores, following a scheduled plan.
2. Manage daily operations by negotiating prime spaces and visibility.
3. Secure orders from stores using sales data.
4. Handle shelves, off-shelf displays, and checkout areas.
5. Ensure compliance with central agreements by the Key Account team.
6. Develop your sales skills to promote Ferrero products.
7. Use Trade Marketing tools to boost sales.
8. Review assortments at each point of sale.
9. Ensure stock levels meet regular and promotional sales needs.
Who We Are Looking For:
We're seeking experienced Sales Representatives, ideally from FMCG companies. Preferred knowledge includes account management, customer service, and points of sale in Modern Trade and Cash & Carry channels. HORECA profiles are also welcome. You should be skilled in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel). Experience with data analysis and Trade Marketing tools (like Nielsen Sell Out, Post Potential, Kantar Panel) and familiarity with point of sale management tools (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud audits) are valued. A valid driver's license and residence in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria are required. The route is mainly in Gran Canaria but includes monthly travel to other Canary Islands.
