The Opportunity
Roche Diagnostics Spain is hiring a Key Account Manager to build and strengthen Roche’s presence and reputation in Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia y Baleares areas with the following responsibilities:
1. Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences to uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche’s innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
2. Window person to market interacting with a set of stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and, in general, with the customer key decision makers.
3. Responsible for managing sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio in order to offer our customers Roche solutions that best suit their needs.
4. Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for the assigned accounts.
5. Establish & maintain good relationships and fast action to handle customer needs in a compliant manner.
6. As a squad team member, provide leadership, insights, and guidance to your team members to enable them to support the delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.
7. Constantly gather data on market trends. Monitor products, solutions, and positioning of competitors. Analyze business risks and opportunities and educate your team on this subject.
Who You Are
1. Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, proving successful results.
2. Desirable at least 3 years of experience in the area of sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
3. Previous experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
4. Customer orientation, strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
6. Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationships with senior-level buying influences.
7. Experience with engaging new teams and fostering environments of accountability.
8. Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.
9. Strong desire to learn new products and new business areas.
10. Good communication and teamwork, also be creative and adapt well in new environments.
11. Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience.
12. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
13. Availability to travel, inside and outside the country.
