SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a UX UI Software Engineer based in one of our Hubs in Boadilla del Monte, Cantabria, or Málaga.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a UX UI Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn through the challenge of building software in a highly dynamic and inventive environment. We value up-skilling the entire team. To this end, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
1. Taking responsibility for the UI designs by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met.
2. Developing user stories working solo or pairing with a Business Analyst / Product Owner.
3. Taking responsibility for user testing (UX) and ensuring that we deliver value to our customers.
4. Creating screen flows to represent customer journeys in a mobile application.
5. Experience using tools like MIRO to visually represent those journeys.
6. Working closely with developers to ensure the development meets the UX / UI expectations.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of related experience.
EDUCATION
University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Good communication skills, able to conduct interviews, present results, and workshops.
Work with business and product teams to plan, research, design, and build mobile and web experiences.
Develop personas, user scenarios, user flows, UI wireframes, and prototypes.
Conduct user research and testing with various methods and formats.
