About the Role
In this position, you will play a critical role in generating data-driven insights that inform business decisions. With a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, customer journeys, and epidemiology, you will provide Roche with actionable recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and disseminate comprehensive market intelligence reports that identify emerging opportunities and challenges across various geographies and therapeutic areas.
* Analyze complex data sets from diverse sources, including market research, competitor analysis, digital channels, and internal/external company information.
* Identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy and decision-making, ensuring alignment with current company assets, needs, goals, and strategies.
* Monitor customer experience and engagement across different squads and geographies, providing insights to drive best-in-class decision-making.
* Conduct projects that expand our knowledge of customers and patients, leveraging expertise in research methodologies and data sources related to the healthcare system and pharmaceutical marketplace.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, maximizing data asset value and driving business impact.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA/Master's preferred.
* High English language capacity; Spanish proficiency desired.
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, consulting, market research, or similar functions.
* Added experience in commercial areas (marketing or sales) is valuable.
