WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Tiene la responsabilidad de seguir desarrollando los clientes existentes y encontrar nuevos clientes y nuevas cuentas para lograr los objetivos del plan de negocio en Andalucía Occidental (Sevilla, Huelva y Cadiz).
Funciones :
* Gestionar y conseguir clientes, principalmente grandes instaladores, constructoras de viviendas, mayoristas y distribuidores, de acuerdo con la estrategia de ventas para cumplir el plan de negocio.
* Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la coordinación con socios internos y externos.
* Apoyar el tratamiento de la información y facilitársela, así como sugerencias de mejora de acuerdo con las previsiones de venta, el mix de ventas y el presupuesto de ventas.
* Conseguir nuevos clientes, cuentas y proyectos de acuerdo con el plan de negocio para la región de ventas asignada.
* Proponer y llevar a cabo todas las actividades necesarias para lograr los objetivos de ventas en colaboración con los socios internos y externos.
* Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de especificaciones y grandes cuentas para garantizar que sus especificaciones se venden correctamente.
* Trasladar la información sobre el mercado (productos, precios, canales, proyectos) a la dirección con regularidad y crear los informes correspondientes si se solicitan.
* Lograr los KPI y los objetivos según el alcance definido por la empresa (por ejemplo, ventas CAC, desarrollo de PRO Partner, desarrollo de grandes cuentas, venta Spec-in, etc.).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Grado universitario relevante o conocimientos y experiencia profesional y práctica equivalentes.
* 3-5 años de experiencia relevante en ventas en el sector climatización.
