Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from consumer goods and retail industries
Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and job descriptions
Establish diverse recruitment channels, including social media and industry networks
Employee Development:
Implement training programs to enhance consumer product sales and marketing skills
Create individual development plans to support career growth and succession planning
Design onboarding programs specific to consumer business
Performance Management:
Establish performance evaluation systems aligned with consumer business objectives
Provide performance feedback and guidance to improve team effectiveness
Monitor employee satisfaction and address potential issues
Culture Building:
Foster a positive, innovative, and consumer-centric organizational culture
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure the work environment supports creativity and collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent

Qualifications:
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably with background in consumer goods or retail sectors
Extensive experience in recruitment, training, and employee development
In-depth understanding of performance management and talent development
Outstanding interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certifications preferred
