Your new role
We are looking for an HSEQ Coordinator to oversee Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality activities in Spain. The role requires knowledge of Spanish EHS regulations, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and preferably Lead Auditor certification. The qualification as "Técnico Superior en Riesgos Laborales" will be appreciated. The HSEQ Coordinator will be part of an extended Spain-Italy HSEQ team, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will be:
HSEQ Management System:
* Ensure implementation of Ramboll’s HSEQ management system in cooperation with HSEQ team.
* Contribute to introduction of HSEQ to new employees in cooperation with HR as applicable.
* Follow-up with departments to ensure they are compliant with applicable certifications.
* Ensure implementation and drive NCR handling and analysis and follow up with reports to HSEQ team.
* Assist PMs to ensure supporting HSEQ tools as PI-tool and PSS are understood and used.
Health and Safety:
* Review and manage EHS incidents and unsafe conditions analysis and corrective actions in cooperation with H&S experts, PMs and project teams.
* Participation to the quarterly meeting within the Ramboll Group HSS coordinators.
* Supervise and collaborate with the external HSE Contractor, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Internal and external auditing:
* Planning and carry out internal audits on projects and sub-contractors.
* Participation/support during external audits from clients.
* Participation in third party audits from Certification agencies.
Reporting and internal support:
* Support projects managers in HSEQ matters.
* Participation on evaluation and analysis of HSEQ KPI (key performance indicators) in cooperation with HSEQ team and reporting of status to the Leadership.
* Participation in preparation of the annual Management Review report in corporation with the HSEQ team.

* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, and Occupational Health & Safety (Técnico Superior en Riesgos Laborales).
* Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) preferred.
* High-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Experience in HSEQ compliance, audits, and supplier evaluations.
* Organizational and communication skills to work within the Spain-Italy HSEQ team.
