Growth leader: As an Account Management Team Lead you will be at the heart of the growth function, and an ambassador of the Account Management function. You will join the extended growth leadership, enabling you to challenge the status quo and shape the growth organization from the inside. You will manage and structure a team of 3 individual contributors on site in Amsterdam in their day-to-day and long-term development.
Impact-driven role: Through the identification, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives, you will drive the generation of revenue for Hive. Leading your team to achieve their targets of revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and onboarding punctuality.
Global Collaboration: You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a global team and the fastest-growing brands based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.

The job is based in Amsterdam, starting the 1st of May 2025.
For the onboarding, your journey will begin in Berlin, home to Hive’s core teams, where you will spend the first month gaining in-depth knowledge and learning directly from our experts (accommodation and food will be provided). After this immersive month, you’ll return to Amsterdam to roll up your sleeves and launch the Dutch market with full force!
Your profile

Relevant experience: You have 3 to 7 years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales or Business Development in a team management or leadership role.
Extraordinary Drive: You’re a winner personality and always give 120% in everything you do. If you have a target, you crush it with your team and strive in environments where the people around you do the same.
Strategic & analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives; you can also put numbers into a business context.
Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, can anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track, and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details necessary in executive work.
Project management: You are good at coordinating tasks between teams or stakeholders and are laser-focused on achieving the project targets and deadlines.
Language Proficiency & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English are required, and additional knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the role.
