Descripción del trabajoWe are looking for a Field Application Specialist who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Diagnostics Department.In this role you will :Application Support :Provide technical, clinical, and scientific guidance to customersDefine and optimize customer workflowsOversee installation from configuration to go-liveConduct user training according to Sysmex IFUAssist the sales network with laboratory technology and in vitro diagnostic tests / proceduresProvide technical and clinical support while managing assigned accounts to generate revenue and promote Sysmex productsAct as the main contact between clients and Sysmex departments (technical, ICS, Business Sector Managers, etc.)Increase sales workflow efficiency through product training and customer demosOrganize and participate in events related to Sysmex laboratory technology and diagnosticsSales :Develop and implement sales strategies with the BS Manager and Regional Sales ManagerPromote Sysmex products and servicesAchieve sales targets and ensure revenue generation within assigned accountsRegister all opportunities in CRM (Sales Funnel / Forecast) and ensure accurate order tracking and billing (OGP – OTC)Prepare offers, negotiate, and close agreementsRegister reagents in purchases and manage FOC (Free of Charge) equipment when necessaryProvide scientific support and training to practitionersMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and inform the Regional / BS Managers accordinglyDocumentation and Reporting :Prepare and update documentation, reports, and clinical guidelinesContinuously update CRM with relevant informationBuild long-term customer partnerships aligned with company strategyWhat you need to be successful :Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a Biosciences related fieldNative level of Spanish and fluent in English2 - 4 years of experience in sales and technical support, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or medical devicesTechnical knowledge of IVD products / IndustryStrong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skillsCapacity to negotiate and close agreementsCommercial experience and high orientation to customersAble to explain scientific complex solutions to all publicsComputer skills : MS Office, (CRM), management programsWhat's in it for you?Flexible Compensation Plan in public transports, restaurants, kindergarden, medical insurance for family, etcFlexible working hours and hybrid work modelSubsidized gym membershipHealth & dental insuranceReferral program bonus – When you introduce us with people as talented as youBaby friendly companyExcellent, dynamic, and multicultural environmentAt Sysmex we are focused on cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
