Junior Project Support
Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Support the monitoring of project milestones, identifying and resolving risks to ensure smooth progress.
Help prepare and present project status reports, aiding in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and records.
Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team with basic tasks related to strategies, contracts, and project implementation.
Help Coordinate Requirements: Provide support in coordinating technical and commercial requirements to meet client expectations.
Assist with Client Relations: Help maintain client relationships by assisting with communications and basic follow-up tasks.
Support Internal Resource Integration: Assist in integrating internal resources to promote efficient collaboration.
Enhance Departmental Communication: Help improve communication between departments and support the alignment of decision-making processes.
Assist in Leading Meetings: Provide support in organizing and coordinating meetings, as well as assisting with the development and execution of action plans.
Language Requirements
Native Chinese is a must and Spanish at least B2.
Minimum Requirements
University Degree: The candidate must be enrolled in the university for the academic year 2024 / 2025 and have the possibility of doing academic internships, whether curricular or extracurricular. At least 6 months.
Place of Residence: Madrid, Spain.
General Requirements:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Experience or Coursework in Projects: Experience through coursework or internships involving coordination between multiple departments or external clients is highly regarded.
* Basic Knowledge of Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Visio, or similar).
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist in managing relationships with clients.
