We're Hiring: Sales Office Administrator!
Are you an organized and customer-focused professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic global company? We’re looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries on pricing, availability and product information
* Prepare and manage offers, quotations and order-related correspondence
* Maintain and update customer data while preparing sales reports
* Support account managers, distributors and service technicians with daily administrative tasks
* Assist with external communication of product information and technical specifications
* Help coordinate exhibitions, seminars and promotional events
* Continuously develop technical knowledge of our laboratory and analytical product portfolio
* Oversee daily office operations
Your Profile:
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with new software solutions. A team player who thrives under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service. Business development mindset with a drive for growth. Detail-oriented and quality-conscious approach to work. Experience with SAP is required. Excellent English skills are required and German skills are a plus.
