Key Responsibilities

* Cross-Channel Collaboration: Develop strategies to increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories. Foster a collaborative partnership environment by organizing and leading multi-functional teams.
* Partnership Planning: Create and manage joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets. Lead the creation of compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging our brand and tools for mutual growth.
* Customer Relationship Building: Deeply understand the customer's business, strategy, and objectives to align with our goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
* Sales Execution: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans, adapt to changes, and continuously seek improvement to achieve partnership goals.

Requirements

* Experience: 3-5 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management. Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning.
* Qualifications: Proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
* Skills: Strong channel partner relationship building, collaborative teamwork, effective communication, and cross-functional leadership.
* Language: Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
