The Team
You will be part of the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration France and also giving support to other areas (Tech Department) of Lexidy. You are going to deal with all international mobility-related cases. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions.
Mission
Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency while actively contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.
Tasks
1. Assist the legal team with various immigration processes, including:
1. Preparing and submitting documentation for immigration applications.
2. Scheduling appointments at Consulates and the Préfecture.
3. Submitting residence permit applications and tracking their progress.
4. Conducting follow-ups with legal authorities regarding the status of cases.
5. Drafting and editing legal documents and forms using advanced technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
6. Engaging with clients to provide updates on documentation and processes via HubSpot.
7. Implementing automated triggers in HubSpot to ensure clients receive timely status updates.
8. Accompanying clients to appointments, serving as an interpreter and ensuring a smooth experience.
9. Assisting clients in resolving bureaucratic challenges and navigating complex processes.
10. Supporting attorneys in conducting thorough legal research to facilitate case preparation and strategy.
11. Organizing and maintaining legal archives and records.
12. Managing correspondence with the post office and preparing expense reimbursement requests.
13. Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
14. Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive client information, adhering to professional codes of conduct.
15. Advocating for the effective use of technology within the legal team, promoting best practices and tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
16. Implementing, managing, and maintaining automation tools to streamline legal and administrative processes, ensuring smooth integration with existing software systems.
17. Providing training and technical support to the team on automation tools, acting as the main point of contact for troubleshooting.

You have:
1. Fluent in English and French (C1/C2) (mandatory).
2. Excited about and curious about digital tools, process automation, and innovation.
3. Previous experience in an administrative legal role is a plus.
