WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As the Strategy VP in the Retail & Commercial Banking Global Division (RCB), you will maximize the creation of business value through the definition, development, and support of the implementation of the Strategic Roadmap and Retail & Commercial ambition:
* Set the ambition for Retail & Commercial and lead Strategic Planning for RCB. Lead on Cost Strategy to meet RCB ambition in terms of structural efficiency and drive capital allocation and strategic profitability management in coordination with business teams.
* Develop, execute and guarantee a comprehensive strategy for the business, aligning and ensuring consistency in Retail & Commercial global goals with Group’s ones and market trends, bringing a holistic roadmap with all key functions implicated.
* Support the Global Head on structuring OKRs for the business to guarantee delivery and coordinate with Global/Local Strategy functions as well as with Transformation and Business teams to coordinate execution.
* Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities that will enable the organization to reach new customers, establishing the criteria in order to measure its profitability.
* Responsibility as Project Manager for the Operating and Business Transformation including transversal strategic initiatives orchestrating execution plans within the organization.
* Strengthen the coordination with key stakeholders in Control and Support Functions at all layers (i.e. Investor’s Relations, Organization & Costs, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, People & Culture, etc.).
* Drive insights through analytics and by tracking competitors and market trends as input for strategic planning / strategic priorities.

* Deep knowledge of the business, including its commercial systematic, trends and products.
* Boosts business and cultural transformation driving business strategies with a digital mindset and client focus.
* Extensive market knowledge and demonstrated ability to remain aware of shifting market priorities, internal strategies and customer needs to respond in a manner that consistently adds value.
* Demonstrated ability to define effective banking strategies remaining aware of shifting market priorities, internal context and customer needs, showing a deep capacity to lead discussions on the perspective of the banking activity and business plans.
* Ability to translate strategy into financial impact.
* Analytics.
* Stakeholder engagement, management and influencing.
* Ability to create and communicate a vision of the organization that motivates others to superior performance.
* Ability to cultivate effective cross-boundary relationships focused on shared strategic interests creating a climate for collaboration in the organization minimizing barriers.
* Experience building trusted relationships with the c-level.
* Leads effectively by influence / does not need to have command-and-control setting.
