Cybersecurity Consultants for ESA Space Projects in Paris
Would you like to work with the European Space Agency (ESA) on one of the largest space cybersecurity projects? GMV is looking for you!
We are expanding our cybersecurity team in the field of space projects in collaboration with ESA. Join this galactic mission with GMV in Paris to take cybersecurity to the next level!
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?
We are preparing to launch an ambitious project with the European Space Agency (ESA). As part of this project, we are looking for two consultants (one Senior and one Junior) to join our team in Paris and contribute their experience in cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
Phase 1 – Initial Training (end of 2024):
1. You will receive training with our cybersecurity (CSC) and GGCS-SES teams, as well as in ESA methodologies.
2. You will learn about vulnerability management procedures and cybersecurity roles, including Cybersecurity Managers (CSM) and Cyber Internal Auditors (CIA).
3. You will experiment with our internal tool and contribute to its 2025 roadmap.
Phase 2 – Project in Paris (January 2025 to December 2026):
1. Expert Support: Act as a trusted consultant for vulnerability management tasks aligned with ESA's strategic objectives.
2. Our Representatives: Share GMV’s practices in cybersecurity and vulnerabilities in space programs, proposing improvements for ESA.
3. Our Eyes and Hands: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of our tool at ESA headquarters.
4. Proactivity: Identify areas for improvement and future needs, contributing proactive ideas for the continuous evolution of the tool.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for:
1. Senior Consultant: +5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or aerospace projects.
2. Junior Consultant: +2 years of experience in similar areas.
Fluent English is essential (French and Spanish are a plus). We will also value the willingness to relocate to Paris and join us on this mission until December 2026.
