Job Title: Sales Manager
Summary of the Role:
As a Manager of Sales Hospitality Solutions, you promote and drive strong results for Amadeus Hospitality by identifying and prioritizing business opportunities for your assigned region as well as establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within customer's organizations as well as Amadeus.
Your Responsibilities:
In your role as Director of Sales in Spain for Hospitality Solutions, you create new relationships with prospect customers and maintain an excellent relationship with your customer base by understanding their needs, giving expert guidance, and supporting your customers in driving revenues, streamlining operations, and saving costs through the suite of integrated solutions provided by Amadeus Hospitality. You are accountable to meet your regional sales goals by finding new customers as well as increasing sales with your current customer base. You are fully aware of the market conditions and constantly up to date with general industry information, which enables you to be a true partner to your customers. You attend key industry events as well as organize customer and stakeholder specific events to further establish Amadeus Hospitality as the leading Hospitality Solution provider in the market.
Your Profile:
1. You have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the hospitality and/or technology industry.
2. You have a very high energy and self-motivation level, and enjoy working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
3. You enjoy building new, strong relationships, on all hierarchy levels from operational staff to CEO.
4. You thrive on hunting for business and achieving sales goals.
5. You have strong negotiation skills and are able to overcome both internal and external barriers in order to achieve the company’s goals.
6. You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SalesForce would be beneficial.
7. You enjoy being on the road visiting customers 3-5 days per week.
8. You must have a deep understanding of the hotel, travel & distribution industry.
9. You can work in multicultural teams as well as independently.
10. You are able to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems.
11. You have strong influencing and conflict skills.
12. You have excellent networking and communication skills at all levels.
13. You must have a fluent command in Spanish (native preferred) and also fluent in English.
