Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will be part of a diverse team supporting the Human Resources Department across Europe and North America.
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes and contribute to various human resource policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in the full cycle of recruitment process
* Provide assistance on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices
* Assist HR Business Partners in ensuring that HR guidelines are applied and that HR processes are effectively implemented
* Participate in specific projects to ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the HR policy
* Support all HR admin processes regarding onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
* Support with legal documentation and payroll
* Support in monthly reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or similar
* Master in HR Management
* Fluency in English is a must
* Interest in developing professionally in all HR-related disciplines
* Ability to build supportive relationships
