Your responsibilities:
1. Responding to customers' inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
2. Providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought devices and guiding them to arrange a repair if needed.

4. Be positive & proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes

Job requirements:
1. Fluency in Swedish
2. Excellent writing skills

5. Technically adept (know your way around Windows, shortcuts, basic troubleshooting)
6. Capability of multitasking
