KAM - Healthcare Software and Data Solutions at Savana
Major Accountabilities :
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, including hospitals, research institutions, and public health entities.
2. Address and resolve blockades with hospitals, healthcare providers, health insurance companies, and regional/national health systems, among other stakeholders, if data needs for RWE studies are not being covered.
3. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification.
4. Oversee and optimize the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
5. Coordinate workflows with new or existing clinical data providers, ensuring the required data sources to execute RWE studies are obtained on time.
Collaboration with External Stakeholders:
1. Work closely with industry stakeholders, including healthcare regulators and professional associations, to promote Savana’s solutions and influence industry standards.
2. Represent Savana at healthcare and industry conferences, workshops, and other events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Accountability Level in Terms of Security of Information Compliance:
1. Operate according to Security Policies, Procedures and Manuals.
2. Report any suspect of incident or improvement proposals.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
1. More than 10 years’ experience in sales, particularly in SaaS within the healthcare environment and with health insurance companies.
2. Good understanding of technology, big data, and AI applications in health.
3. Fluent in English and Spanish.
4. Excellent communication skills and strong leadership capability.
5. Experience managing international sales and business development teams.
6. Ability to communicate with medical departments in the pharma industry.
7. Willing to work from home and travel.
8. Ability to work well within a team or alone.
9. Ability to work in a multinational, multidisciplinary and fast-growing environment.
10. Maintain one's strategy but adapting it to a changing and even volatile environment.
11. Patient, flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
